keep一词是英语中比较常见的，它的含义也是丰富的，具体用法如下：
1.keep可以用作及物动词，后面可以直接加一个名词。
例：keep a seat
意思是：留个座位。
再比如，可以说keep the money，意思是存钱。
也就是说，在这里keep也保留，存下的意思。
2.作为及物动词的keep有遵守的意思。
如：keep the law. 意思是守法，遵守法律。
