一、试题分析：
1、试题紧扣《课程标准》，坚持依据现行教材，重视语言知识和生活实际的联系，三个年级的试题都照顾到了学生的实际能力，从单词到句再到篇，较全面的检测学生的语言知识掌握情况。
2、命题范围以各年级上下学期所学内容为主，易中难比例为5：3：1。题量相比以往年，稍有加大，难度也略有提高，各年级均增加了书写的内容，课本原文例句占到了60%，易中发展题比例为5：4：1，力争面向全体学生，以督促学生学好课本知识，保护学生的积极性和兴趣为目的。
3、试卷版面设计活泼新颖，形式灵活多样，题型、分值安排合理，大部分题都配以图片，形象直观，易于学生理解，符合小学生心理特点和英语学科自身的特点，具有趣味性、启发性、激励性和指导性。
二、试卷分析：
四个年级全卷均为两大部分，第一部分是听力，第二部分是笔试。其中三、四、五年级的听力占40%，笔试占60%，六年级的听力占30%，笔试占70%。满分100分，不管哪个年级的听力都从易到难，笔试部分，四、五、六年级都从单词开始，再到句型，再后是语段。分别针对词汇、句子和阅读理解几方面，考察了学生知识的掌握情况与运用能力，接下来我从这三方面来看看学生的答题情况：
（一）、词汇方面
70%的学生对单词、常用短语掌握较好，如三年级判断单词与所给图片是否一致、给小动物找家、四年级的抄写和翻译题、五年级的根据图片写单词、介绍postcard等，都是对词汇的考察，从卷面上看学生对简单的物质名词、方位词、动词短语掌握的都比较好，能认识词形，辨析词义，较准确的做出翻译并正确拼写，只有少数学生没有按照四线三格的要求规范书写。
（二）、句子方面
三年级的情景对话与四年级的给图片选句子、给问句找答句这几题，学生做的较好，题目所涉及的均是生活常用语，课本上出现频率很高，学生都能选择正确。
五年级的第六题根据例子改写句子，考察的是名词复数在存在句中的表达，有的学生能仿照例子将this is 变成 these are，还有的学生根本没有看懂例子，不知如何下笔。第六题为疑问句选择答语，题中给出了十个问句，比较多，情态动词、助动词、疑问词很多，答语中情态动词和助动词也很多，一些学生没有认真辨析比较，将句子混淆，选错了答案，这说明学生的理解力和对句子结构的认识很不到位，也不排除很多学生是由于粗心大意，没有认真阅读和比较、检查而导致了失分，这从很多试卷答案多次涂改上可以看出。与此情况类似的是三年级的第四题。
（三）、阅读方面
1、补充对话题。如三年级第六题、四年级第六题、五年级的第四五题，均为课本原文，学生对这些对话却印象不深，有的可能还没有语段的意识，阅读理解力不强，不能联系上下文读懂对话，因此不能选出正确的句子使对话完整。
2、短文阅读题。三年级的阅读比较简单，学生基本能做对；四年级的阅读题为看课表判断，为书上原内容，有的学生不会读表，选错答案；五年级阅读材料为书信，内容贴近课本，但书信的特殊格式影响了一部分学生的`理解，学生对其中提到的几个人名和地名，不能对号入座。
综上可看出，学生的基础知识掌握较好，单词及短语的记忆能力较强，但综合运用语言能力普遍较差，这主要表现在对对话和短文的阅读理解上；学生对课本内容不熟悉，原文都不能读懂；很多学生学习习惯不好，粗心大意，没有看清题意就匆忙作答，书写凌乱，随意涂改，笔下失误太多，严重影响成绩。从答卷总体情况看，各个年级考得都不够理想，一方面，听力内容多、难度大。学生词汇积累少，对答卷胡乱猜填。另一方面，试卷考查范围广，学生的基础知识不扎实，导致失分过多。
三、改进措施
1、加足课时量，或在没课的日子安排晨读，教师跟班辅导，防止学生遗忘学过的英语知识。
2、加强学生的听力训练、书写训练、单词记忆和课后练习。
3、教师应不断更新知识结构，加强文化修养，拓宽知识面，根据小学生的心理特征和实际情况，选择和调整英语教学策略。
4、教师要有意识地加强对学生英语学习策略的指导，要有计划、持续地培养他们良好的英语学习习惯。
5、教师要不断对自己的教学行为进行反思，努力使自己成为具有创新精神的研究型教师。

一、试卷总体情况分析：
本次六年级英语阶段性以考查学生综合语言运用能力为目标，主要考查学生基础知识和运用技能。试卷主要覆盖了前三单元所学的基本语言知识点语法各项目，注重技能，注意延伸。主客观题型相结合，内容丰富，难易程度适中。
二、学生答题情况分析：
本次考试六年级共45人参加考试，最高分100分，最低分62分，均分91.75分，及格人数45人，及格率100%，高分人数38人，高分率84%。从这次测试的总体情况看来，六年级大部分学生已基本掌握该部分基础知识，能够将所学知识很好的应用，达到了预期的效果。
三、试卷题型及学生答题情况具体分析：
听力部分共四道大题，主要考查学生基本听力技巧以及交际语言，难度适中：
第一题，选单词。该部分的单词为常见单词，但是每个小题中给出的单词都有发音相同的部分，所以要求学上扎实掌握单词的发音在听前做好充足的准备，这一点孩子们做的比较好，得分率高。
第二、三、四题全部将图片和录音材料结合在一起，要求学生在听录音之前根据图片联想到学过的短语、句子或者对话，第二题和第三题较简单，大部分学生得满分，第四题第三个图片和第五个图片涉及的信息较多，学生对subway和train没有进行很好的区别导致这道题成为这份试卷失分最严重的地方。
笔试部分共六道大题，从单词到句子再到短文全面考查了学上的综合能力：
第一题，单项选择。整道题考查的都是第三单元关于一般将来时态的内容，本单元内容较多所以上课时间比较长，复习过程中也多次练习巩固，大部分学生已基本掌握相关内容，得分情况较好。
第二题，选不同类单词，难度不大，第二小题中部分学生因对词性掌握不太扎实失分。
第三题，根据问句选答句。涉及前三单元基本句型，学生只要掌握相关特殊疑问词的基本用法即可选出正确答案，较为简单，大多数学生得满分。
第四题，根据句意写单词，考查学生对单词的拼写以及意思的理解，中下等学生做这道题比较困难，不能够真正根据语境选择单词，第10小题部分学生写成crossing，虽然拼写正确但不符合题意导致失分。
第五题的对话和第六题的短文都是课本上的内容，学生都能理解意思，题目设置也很简单，得分率较高。
三、反映出来的问题：
1、学生综合分析理解的能力还是比较欠缺。
2、学生缺乏语境中运用语言的交际能力，说明课堂教学中尽量创设语言情景培养学生综合运用语言的能力。
3、学生理解分析概括的能力非常缺乏。
4、学生缺乏英语思维能力，受母语影响很大，很多句子在翻译的时候总是根据中文的意思或中文的顺序来进行，而不能综合运用英语的语言知识、语法知识和课文的语段去模仿。
四、今后采取的措施：
1、狠抓学生审题、做题习惯的培养以及提高学生的分析判断能力。在课堂教学中就应注重对学生习惯和能力的培养，如：灵活运用、学以致用 、举一反三能力，用英语思维的能力等。
2、增大六年级学生习题练习的力度，（如时态填空、句型转换、阅读分析等）教学中做到多讲多练，形式多样，让学生能将所学知识及时巩固掌握，并灵活应用。
3、尽量创设英语情景。教师自身要加强英语授课的素养，来营造英语环境和学英语的氛围，以激发学生学习兴趣和主动性；另Reading这块上一定要经常让学生以讲故事的形式来复述课文，以此来培养学生用英语的能力。
4、注重知识的重复再现与总结梳理，在课堂教学中，除讲了课本上的知识外，还应对与其相关的一些内容、知识给学生做适当补充。
5、加强对中等生的辅导力度，多培优，当然也少不了要补差，以提高全体学生的平均分。
6、对于我自身来说，今后会更加严格要求自己。在提高学生成绩上多下功夫。

六年级的考试内容都以基础性知识为主，关注全体学生，重在考查他们的综合语言运用能力。通过考试，对教师的“教”和学生的“学”起到导向作用，即：要继续激发学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的英语听力、阅读、理解、交际和初步的写作能力。
（一）、听力部分。听力测试旨在考查学生听音、辨音及听力理解和快速反应能力。共五大块内容，分别为：
1）听音，选出听到的单词；
2）选正确答语；
3）听音判断句子和图片是否相符；
4）听音，选出所听到的句子；
5）听音填单词，得分率80%以上，此题失分较多，失分的主要原因是个别学生疏忽each的用法，混淆发音，没有很好地领会句意。可见我们的辩音理解环节是薄弱的。
（二）、笔试部分。笔试部分主要考查学生的语言基础知识和基本技能，包括词、句的正确运用和读写能力的考查。共六大块内容，分别为：
1）按要求写出单词的正确形式，此题的得分率为80%，明明知道learn的意思是“学”却不能反应出它的反义词是teach。
2）单项选择；此题的得分率也是80%。
3）指出错误并改正；此题的得分率为90%，失分原因是，学生知识面窄，且举一反三的能力差。
4）连词成句；此题的得分率也是90%。
5）阅读短文，根据短文内容选择正确答案；此题得分率为90%，失分原因是，个别学生没能很好的读通短文，个别小题出现判断错误。
6）看图写句。此题的得分率为90%以上，失分原因是，忽略旧知，写作能力有待提高。
从整个笔试部分的分析来看，学生的基础知识与运用部分比往年要好，但普遍还存在着以下几方面的问题。
1）学生掌握了基础知识，但还不能灵活运用。
2）知识面狭窄，缺乏一定的生活常识和理解能力。
3）语言综合运用能力较差。
以上这些还有待于在今后的教学中得到加强。在课堂教学中，尽量多给学生一些听、读和说的机会，让学生多进行对话练习，将所学知识与学生日常生活融为一体，少一些机械记忆，多一些灵活运用。
同时，为更好地帮助学生积累知识，打好扎实的语言基础，让学生坚持写英语日记及英语小短文。每周一篇，或让学生摘抄一篇自己喜欢的作文或诗歌，促进学生写作能力的提高，而且学生的听、说、读、写等各种能力也将不断得到提高。
