海因里希·谢伦伯格
瑞士联邦外交部亚太事务助理国务秘书
海因里希·谢伦伯格毕业于苏黎世大学法律专业，于1988年获得法学硕士学位。1991年加入到联邦外交部，并于墨西哥城和日内瓦进行实习。1998年，担任了瑞士驻曼谷大使馆的参赞和副团长，负责泰国、缅甸、老挝和柬埔寨的事务。在2010年-2014年间，担任了瑞士驻中国上海的总领事。截至2022年7月，是伯尔尼联邦外交部亚洲和太平洋事务助理国务卿的亚太司司长。
海因里希·谢伦伯格在亚洲较为丰富的外交经历，让他对瑞士在亚洲的外交政策有着更加深刻和独到的见解。
H.E. Heinrich Schellenberg
The Assistant State Secretary for Asia Pacific of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs
Schellenberg studied law at the University of Zurich, where he obtained his LLM in 1988. After joining the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs in 1991, he completed his internship in Bern, Mexico City and Geneva. As of early 1998 he was Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission at the Swiss Embassy in Bangkok, covering Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia. From 2010 to 2014 Mr. Schellenberg was Consul General in Shanghai.
As of July 2022, he is the Head of the Asia and Pacific Division with the title of Assistant State Secretary for Asia and Pacific at the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs in Bern.
Having been exposed to Asia diplomatic experience for many years, Schellenberg possesses a profound and distinctive insight into Switzerland's foreign policy in Asia.
