基本判断一:人类已进入数字化全面转型新阶段
张新红提出,以数字战“疫”为标志,人类已经进入了数字化全面转型的新阶段。不光是企业,包括国家、地区、城市、产业,甚至家庭个人,都在进行数字化转型。
Zhang Xinhong proposed that, with the digital war "epidemic" as the symbol, human has entered a new stage of digital comprehensive transformation. Not only enterprises, but also countries, regions, cities, industries and even individual households are all undergoing digital transformation.
“疫情之前还有选择的余地,可以转型,可以不转,现在必须得转了。这个转型是时代发展和内在需要的一个自然结合的必然产物。不是你想转不转的问题,是一个时代的要求。”
"Before the pandemic, there was a choice. You could turn and you could not turn. Now you have to turn. This transformation is a natural combination of the development of The Times and the internal needs of the inevitable product. It's not a matter of whether you want to turn or not. 基本判断二:企业的数字化转型没有标准和模板
“企业的数字化转型,没有标准,更没有模板。”张新红指出,“现在我们所有可能模仿别的企业做的事情,包括所谓的国际一流企业、国际先进企业,你跟它学的所有东西,等学到手全都是落后的。”
"There is no standard and no template for digital transformation of enterprises." Zhang Xinhong pointed out, "Now all the things we can imitate other enterprises, including the so-called international first-class enterprises, international advanced enterprises, all the things you learn from it, will be backward."
在他看来,未来的企业数字化转型一定是在创新基础上做出来的,“包括我们的研究,也别指望人家给我们拿出多好的东西,让我们拿过来比葫芦画瓢做一下,肯定不行,这里会牵扯到一系列创新。”
In his opinion, the future digital transformation of enterprises must be made on the basis of innovation, "including our research, and don't expect others to give us so much good things, let us take over and do it, definitely not, there will be a series of innovation involved here."

基本判断三:企业数字化转型的难点不在有形在无形
“企业数字化转型的难点不是技术、资金、人才、产品、供应链等有形的东西,而是一些无形的东西,是认知、是意识、是理念,即数字化的一些基本知识、基本理念、基本认识,这才是关键问题。”
"The difficulty of enterprise digital transformation is not tangible things such as technology, capital, talent, products and supply chain, but some intangible things, such as cognition, consciousness and idea, namely some basic knowledge, basic idea and basic understanding of digitalization, which is the key issue."
张新红透露,他到很多企业做了调研,也与很多央企做过交流,发现在认知问题上,有专家提出了一种观点“启蒙2.0” —— 在这个社会大变革的新时代,应该像十四、十五世纪的启蒙运动一样,进行一次新的关于数字化的启蒙,就怎样认识数字化未来发展的趋势,看清未来发展的方向等方面,形成更多共识。
Zhang Xinhong revealed that he had done research in many enterprises and communicated with many central enterprises. He found that in terms of cognition, some experts had put forward a point of view "Enlightenment 2.0" -- in this new era of great social change, we should conduct a new enlightenment about digitalization, just like the Enlightenment movement in the 14th and 15th centuries. 分析模型:企业数字化转型的“天龙八部”
是什么力量在推动企业数字化向前发展?企业如何找到自己数字化转型发展的方向和机会?张新红介绍了他自己经常使用的一个小模型 —— 被他称为企业数字化转型“天龙八部”的八个“化”。
What forces are driving enterprise digitization forward? How do enterprises find their own digital transformation development direction and opportunities? Zhang introduced a small model he often uses himself -- the eight "personifications" he calls the "Heavenly Dragon and the eight parts" of corporate digital transformation.
他表示,这八个“化”分别从技术和应用角度出发,是未来数字化发展的方向和重要抓手。
He said that the eight "changes", respectively from the perspective of technology and application, are the direction of future digital development and an important starting point.
1. 数字化
重新定义一切。企业是否可以重新定义自己的人、资源、产品、营销等所有要素?如果不能,说明数字化没有做好,还有机会。
Redefine everything. Can a company redefine its people, resources, products, marketing, and everything else? If not, the digitalization has not been done well, and there is still an opportunity.
2. 网络化
网络重构一切。企业的资源调用、动员、以及供需匹配,是不是已经通过网络来进行智能化的匹配了?如果没有,这就是机会所在。
The network reconstructs everything. Enterprise resource call, mobilization, as well as supply and demand matching, has not been intelligently matched through the network? If not, this is where the opportunity lies.
3. 数据化

Data drives everything. Does data play a driving role in the enterprise's every move and the completion of various businesses? If not, there are a lot of things you can do.
4. 智能化
机器会越来越聪明。如果企业的很多事情还要靠人去做,那就有点落伍了,就需要加快转型了。
Machines will get smarter. If you have to rely on people to do a lot of things, you're going out of style and you need to accelerate your transformation.
5. 平台化
无平台不经济。没有平台化思维的企业,肯定跟不上趟。因为创新能力全靠自己在打拼,没有利用平台去发展。“不是所有的企业都能建好平台,但一定要有平台化的思维,可以利用、参与到别人建构的平台里去。”
No platform is not economical. No platform thinking of enterprises, certainly can not keep up with the trip. Because the innovation ability all rely on their own struggle, did not use the platform to develop. "Not all enterprises can build a good platform, but must have a platform thinking, can use and participate in the platform constructed by others."
6. 生态化
从独木到森林。过去我们是一棵树,长的挺大,一年长一个年轮,太慢了。而生态化的发展和演进,是一场春雨过后,长出多少竹子来,长出多少种新的生物出来,与大是不一样的。过去我们知道这个企业是做这个的,那个企业做那个,过几年会发现说不清楚它在做什么了。
From a single tree to a forest. In the past we are a tree, very big, a year older a ring, too slow. And the development and evolution of ecology, is a spring rain after the growth of how many bamboo, how many new organisms out, and big is not the same. We used to know that this company was doing this, that company was doing that, and after a few years we found it was not clear what it was doing.
7. 个性化
每个人都是唯一的。一定要想办法从个性化的产品与服务中去创造价值,获得新发展。
Everyone is unique. Be sure to find ways to create value and growth from personalized products and services.
8. 共享化
所有能共享的终将被共享。企业最优秀的资源,有没有通过共享服务更多的人,创造更大的价值?企业急需的资源,是不是还都是自己花钱去买,而没有想到要去共享别人既有的资源?
All that can be shared will be shared. Have the best resources of the enterprise created greater value by sharing with more people? Are companies still spending money to buy the resources they need, without thinking of sharing what others already have?
张新红说:“如果这‘天龙八部’都做好了,企业会发现所有的生意都值得重做一遍。这也就是为什么要数字化转型的意义所在。”
"If the 'Sky Dragon and eight parts' are done properly, companies will find that all the business is worth doing again," said Zhang. That's why digital transformation makes sense."
